Why African countries' infrastructural facilities remain parlous, by ADB


THE inability of national governments in sub-Saharan Africa to implement recommendations by experts over the years is largely responsible for the poor level of development of the continent, particularly in the adaptation of technology for the building of local infrastructure.

But according to the African Development Bank (ADB), the development gap in Nigeria can be taken care of within the decade of the establishment of the African University of Science and Technology (AUST) in the country.
