Vietnam: Swiss firm plans wind power plant

Ba Ria - Vung Tau - Switzerland-based Aerogie.plus Corporation is planning to construct a US$19 million wind power plant with a capacity of 6MW in Con Dao Commune.

Aerogie.plus representatives visited the commune in February to look into the feasibility of erecting wind turbines in the region. And following a meeting on April 6 with the Provincial People's Committee, the company was given permission to erect wind turbines in Chim Cape.
