Final report on the First National ICT Exhibition was discussed at the extended meeting of Association of IT companies and organizations established by the support of UNDP's efforts directed to improving public-private partnership in the field of ICT. Success of the IT Association attracted interest of other ICT companies and a decision was made to include 11 new members. Increase in number of members enables further enhancing of the role of this Association in promotion of development of ICT in Uzbekistan.

Leading local ICT companies like Coscom, Uzbektelecom Mobile, Unitel, East Telecom, Unitech, Intelligent Solutions, ProData Business, Alscom, Paradox-Neo joined the Association as members, and two foreign companies Microsoft and WINNCOM joined as observing members.
