The Swindon NHS PFI hospital deal has undergone a unique refinancing through the Bank of Scotland.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has advised the monoline guarantor MBIA UK Insurance Ltd (MBIA), Bank of Scotland Corporate (BoSC), HBoS Treasury Services (HBOSTS) and Citicorp Trustee Company (Citicorp) on the £170m refinancing by The Hospital Company (Swindon and Marlborough) Ltd (THC) of the Swindon & Marlborough PFI Project.
