Chris Bolt, the statutory Arbiter for the London Underground Public Private Partnership (PPP) contracts, has deferred indefinitely his final directions on Metronet BCV's request for an interim increase in stage payments of the PPP Infrastructure Service Charge.

Bolt said: "Last week, I deferred the timetable for Interim ISC directions by seven days. The administrators of Metronet BCV have now indicated that they do not currently require a final direction on Interim ISC, and in the circumstances I do not think it would be appropriate to make such directions. If Metronet BCV indicates to me that it requires such directions at a future date, I will re-start the process."
