TAIPEI (XFN-ASIA) - The Executive Yuan, or cabinet, is considering setting up a 3.9 trln twd fund for infrastructure projects, the Commercial Times reported, citing Premier Liu Chao-shiuan.

The plan involves a government investment of 2.6 trln twd with the remaining 1.3 trln to come from the private sector.
