BEIJING, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Spain will lend China up to 360 million euros ($460 million) between now and 2010 to help the world's fourth-largest economy invest in energy-saving and infrastructure projects, the Chinese Finance Ministry said on Thursday.

About 20 million euros are unconditional loans to fund reconstruction in Sichuan, the epicentre of the massive May earthquake that killed more than 80,000 people.
