The ZTE is the second biggest telecommunications firm in China. During a meeting of the Cabinet and the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) board at Malacanang on Nov. 21 last year, the board said all government agencies and offices needed to be linked through a privately funded broadband network.Posted by pichu at July 1, 2007 11:07 PM |
