Obama Promises Infrastructure Jobs

Presumed Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., reiterated his support for investing in transportation and other infrastructure Wednesday, declaring himself the "Build America President" before members of a laborers' union.

"I will be the Build America President and put Americans back to work with a National Infrastructure Reinvestment Bank that will invest $60 billion over ten years and generate millions of new jobs that cannot be outsourced," Obama said in a live satellite address to the Laborers' International Union of North America.
