Nigeria signs $16bn deal with Dubai

The Nigerian government has signed a $16 billion deal with Dubai's World Corporation to embark on a massive infrastructural development in the Niger delta and other areas. A Memorandum of Understanding was reached recently and signed by the Nigerian Minister of Justice, Michael Kaase Aondokaa.

Aondokaa said the focal area has been identified as massive expansion and construction of structures in the Niger delta and some pressing locations to meet international environmental standards.
