Macquarie lines up $1-b infra fund

NEW DELHI: Australia-based Macquarie Bank, one of the largest managers of infrastructure funds in the world, is setting up a $1-billion infrastructure fund in India. Macquarie, which manages infrastructure assets worth $22 billion world-wide, is likely to set up the fund through its infrastructure subsidiary - Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG).
