Lovells has targeted PPP work in South East Asia. The push is led by the firm's Singapore office, which has scored instructions on the country's two biggest projects.

Lovells Lee & Lee has been appointed by the National University of Singapore to advise on the development of a 6,200-bed student accommodation project under Singapore's PPP framework.

It was also hired in 2005 to advise on the Singapore Stadium Sports Hub, the first major PPP project under the Ministry of Finance's public-private finance initiative.
