Hochtief wins PPP school project in Frankfurt am Main

Single-source delivery: construction services provider to design, finance, build and operate four schools for some 5,500 students

HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions will design, finance, build and operate four schools in Frankfurt am Main on the basis of a public-private partnership (PPP) contract. The contract with a 20-year term represents a volume of approximately EUR 260 million. HOCHTIEF invests some EUR 106 million into the construction measures.

In this project, the construction services provider manages the entire life-cycle of the school buildings: Under the leadership of HOCHTIEF PPP Solutions, the construction measures are executed by HOCHTIEF Construction, after which HOCHTIEF Facility Management will take on responsibility for operation.
