Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Company (GIFTCL) is planning to raise Rs 8,000 crore through an initial public offer.

The company, a joint venture between the Gujarat Urban Development Company (GUDCOL) and IL&FS, is developing the Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), a proposed financial and IT services hub in Gujarat.
