EQT Infrastructure acquires Swedegas


EQT Infrastructure Fund, a private equity fund, has acquired Swedegas AB from Fortum Corporation, E.ON Ruhrgas International AG, Statoil ASA and DONG Energy A/S.

Swedegas is a Sweden-based energy gas transmission company. Fortum is a Finnish state-owned energy company operating in the Nordic countries. E.ON Ruhrgas is a Germany-based holding company that explores and markets natural gas. Statoil is a Norway-based oil and gas company, while DONG is a Denmark-based supplier of supplies natural gas, oil, renewable energy and electricity.
