Misses deadline for the second time; NHAI blames pvt firm for slow progress Anubhuti Vishnoi New Delhi, October 6: THE Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway is set to miss its deadline again. The ambitious project to make Delhi-Gurgaon a 15-minute drive along NH 8 will not be completed by December 2006, the revised deadline.
