Colonial First State Global Asset Management has signalled its intention to launch a new global listed infrastructure fund in the next few months.

Colonial First State chief investment officer David Dixon flagged the company's intention at the same time as announcing the appointment of former Credit Suisse executive Peter Meany to the new position of head of listed infrastructure securities at CFS.
