A consortium of Macquarie Group, Thiess and John Holland won the $4.8 billion tender. The consortium will build Brisbane's 7.5-kilometre airport link toll tunnel, the next section of the northern busway, and a new flyover to alleviate gridlock at the notorious airport roundabout.
