Arcapita Bank sells South Staffordshire Water to Alinda for 400 mln stg

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Arcapita Bank has sold South Staffordshire, the UK water company, to the Alinda Infrastructure Fund for about 400 mln stg.

The sale price has not been publically disclosed, but South Staffordshire's evaluated price was 400 mln stg before the acquisition and a source close to the deal said that Alinda's offer was close to this.
