AIX in $1bn Perth Airport redevelopment

Australian Infrastructure Fund (AIX) said its 30.75% owned Perth Airport would undertake a $1 billion redevelopment over the next five to seven years. The company said the redeveloped airport would allow for strong passenger growth in the Western Australian capital.

AIX said the redevelopment would include the construction of a new terminal for internal state air services and some interstate flights.
