Aecom To Acquire McNeil For $355M To Expand Government Services


Aecom Technology Corp. (ACM) on Wednesday agreed to acquire McNeil Technologies Inc. for $355 million as the infrastructure engineering and design company continues to expand its focus on serving the U.S. government.

President and Chief Executive John Dionisio said that the company, combined with its acquisition of SSI Services Inc., now has a significant presence in the high-growth federal government market, as the U.S. continue to reprioritize spending.
