3i Infrastructure Fund Raising 114.6 Million Pounds (Update4)

June 12 (Bloomberg) -- 3i Infrastructure Ltd., the 700 million-pound ($1.4 billion) fund run by private equity firm 3i Group Plc, is raising 114.6 million pounds for new investments.

The fund is selling 108.1 million new shares for 106 pence apiece, 2.8 percent less than yesterday's closing price of 109 pence, the St. Helier, Jersey-based fund said in a statement today. Citigroup Inc. and Barclays Capital have underwritten the sale in full.
