The Lou Dobbs Report on CNN this evening contained a segment on using infrastructure projects as a new middle class economic stimulus program.

We have discussed this concept within the Collaboratory for a number of months.

Our conjecture is that infrastructure and economic stimulus will converge and the definition of infrastructure will take on yet another meaning in the process.
