The ICCRTS is sponsored by the U.S. Armed Forces and and has been a focal point for examination of coalition C2 issues and for examining the role of the military in reconstruction, humanitarian, and peace operations. The meeting involved more than 400 researchers from more than 20 nations, presenting more than 250 technical papers.
