CRGP News - CRGP to Host Visiting Scholar from Taiwan

CRGP has granted Dr. Pi-Chu Chiu of the Taiwan Construction Research Institute a position as a visiting fellow for one year, from April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007. Dr. Chiu brings expertise in the following areas:

Private finance in public infrastructure,

Public private partnerships,

Construction management and economics,

Risk management and insurance,

Taiwan and China regions,

Pi Chu's research plan while he is at Stanford involves the formulation of a risk management strategy for use by participants of PPP projects, including public owners and private investors.
