Dr. M. Julie Kim has been appointed Executive Director of CRGP, effective January 1, 2004. Dr. Kim received B.S. in Civil Engineering from M.I.T. and M.S. and Ph.D. in Infrastructure Planning and Management from Stanford University.

Dr. Kim brings more than 20 years of industry experience in airport and transportation planning, in the US and overseas. In the US, she worked on expanding several airports and on building one new one in Denver. In the Asia-Pacific region, she contributed to the planning of Chek Lap Kok International (Hong Kong), Incheon International (Korea), and Second Bangkok International (Thailand) airports. Among others, Dr. Kim has worked in China, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam on projects involving airports, railways, bridges, industrial and technology parks and mixed-use real estate development projects.
