Background

This will be the 12th annual international symposium organized under the auspices of the Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management (CRIOCM) since its establishment. The intention of this symposium series is to bring together academics and practitioners from around the world to discuss the leading research on real estate development, construction management and facilities management. The symposium series has a particular focus on the issues, trends and characteristics of the emerging and rapidly growing construction sectors internationally. It provides a unique, interdisciplinary platform for all stakeholders in the supply and value chain of the built environment.
