Overview

The global market for PPP has grown in both geographical spread and maturity since the signing of the first PFI deals in 1992. In the UK market £50 billion of projects have closed and investors have turned their attention to harnessing the long-term value of secondary infrastructure assets. In the wider world Canada, Australia and several western European nations have progressed rapidly toward developing credible PPP deal streams and standardised documentation.
