The first CRGP Summer Program was held on June 17-18, 2005 at Stanford University. Offering global management training, the program was attended by 50 representatives from a variety of academic and professional disciplines, including senior lawyers, infrastructure project underwriters, representatives from multilateral and private financial institutions as well as construction industry executives.
CRGP researchers presented their ongoing research to the conference attendees during the morning sessions at the conference. The afternoon session on June 17th involved a discussion of several issues relating to infrastructure security, while the afternoon session on June 18th featured a panel discussion on the challenges that developing countries face as they try to develop infrastructure.
